Mario’s is the second restaurant concept from Chef/Owner Jason Hansen, and co-owner Peter Sebastian. Inspired by culinary trips to the East coast, Mario’s specializes in American - Italian foods including Sicilian Pan Pizzas, Hero Sandwiches, and Zeppole Donuts. All doughs and recipes are hand-made daily in house using the highest quality ingredients including Bakers Field flour, Molinari cured meats, and locally sourced cheeses and fresh produce.
