Mario’s is the second restaurant concept from Chef/Owner Jason Hansen, and co-owner Peter Sebastian. Inspired by culinary trips to the East coast, Mario’s specializes in American - Italian foods including Sicilian Pan Pizzas, Hero Sandwiches, and Zeppole Donuts. All doughs and recipes are hand-made daily in house using the highest quality ingredients including Bakers Field flour, Molinari cured meats, and locally sourced cheeses and fresh produce. Thin, crispy Saint Paul Butter Crust pizza originated right here in Mario’s kitchen.
